2020\u6307\u5357\uff0c\u91c7\u7528\u7cfb\u7edf\u8bc4\u4ef7\u548c\u835f\u8403\u5206\u6790\u65b9\u6cd5\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u6848\u5df2\u5728<span class=\"\">PROSPERO<\/span>\u5e73\u53f0\u9884\u5148\u6ce8\u518c\u3002\u4e3a\u5168\u9762\u6536\u96c6\u8bc1\u636e\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u56e2\u961f\u7cfb\u7edf\u68c0\u7d22\u4e86\u5305\u62ecPubMed\u3001Embase\u3001<span class=\"\">Web of Science<\/span>\u7b49\u5728\u5185\u7684\u591a\u4e2a\u4e2d\u82f1\u6587\u6570\u636e\u5e93\uff0c\u68c0\u7d22\u65f6\u95f4\u4ece\u5404\u5e93\u5efa\u5e93\u81f32025\u5e749\u6708\uff0c\u672a\u9650\u5236\u8bed\u8a00\u4e0e\u53d1\u8868\u72b6\u6001\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u68c0\u7d22\u7b56\u7565\u7ed3\u5408\u4e86\u201c<span class=\"\">\u8110\u5e26\u95f4\u5145\u8d28\u5e72\u7ec6\u80de<\/span>\u201d\u3001\u201c\u9aa8\u5173\u8282\u708e\u201d\u53ca\u201c\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c\u201d\u7b49\u4e3b\u9898\u8bcd\u4e0e\u81ea\u7531\u8bcd\u7ec4\u5408\u3002\u7eb3\u5165\u6807\u51c6\u6db5\u76d6\u4f7f\u7528\u4eba\u8110\u5e26\u95f4\u5145\u8d28\u5e72\u7ec6\u80de\u6cbb\u7597\u9aa8\u5173\u8282\u708e\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u5404\u7c7b\u4e34\u5e8a\u7814\u7a76\uff08\u5982\u968f\u673a\u5bf9\u7167\u8bd5\u9a8c\u3001\u5355\u81c2\u7814\u7a76\uff09\uff0c\u9700\u62a5\u544a\u7597\u6548\u6216\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u7ed3\u5c40\uff1b\u6392\u9664\u52a8\u7269\u5b9e\u9a8c\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u5176\u4ed6\u6765\u6e90\u5e72\u7ec6\u80de\u53ca\u6570\u636e\u4e0d\u5168\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6570\u636e\u63d0\u53d6\u4e0e\u5206\u6790\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u7531\u4e24\u540d\u7814\u7a76\u8005\u72ec\u7acb\u8fdb\u884c\u6587\u732e\u7b5b\u9009\u3001\u6570\u636e\u63d0\u53d6\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u7814\u7a76\u7279\u5f81\u3001\u5e72\u9884\u7ec6\u8282\u3001\u7ed3\u5c40\u6307\u6807\u7b49\uff09\u53ca\u504f\u501a\u98ce\u9669\u8bc4\u4ef7\uff08\u5bf9\u968f\u673a\u8bd5\u9a8c\u4f7f\u7528Cochrane RoB 2\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u5bf9\u975e\u968f\u673a\u7814\u7a76\u4f7f\u7528ROBINS-I\u5de5\u5177\uff09\u3002\u7edf\u8ba1\u5206\u6790\u4f7f\u7528RevMan II-IV\u7ea7\uff09\u819d\u9aa8\u5173\u8282\u708e\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6848\u4e0e\u8bc4\u4f30\u6307\u6807\uff1a<\/strong>\u6240\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u5747\u91c7\u7528\u5173\u8282\u5185\u6ce8\u5c04\u65b9\u5f0f\u7ed9\u4e88\u6cbb\u7597\uff0c\u7ec6\u80de\u4e3b\u8981\u6765\u6e90\u4e8e\u8110\u5e26\u7ec4\u7ec7\u3001\u534e\u901a\u6c0f\u80f6\u6216\u8110\u5e26\u8840\u3002\u7ec6\u80de\u5242\u91cf\u5728200\u4e07\u81f38000\u4e07\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u591a\u6570\u7814\u7a76\u91c7\u75282000\u4e07\u62164000\u4e07\u7684\u5e38\u89c4\u5242\u91cf\uff0c\u5e76\u6709\u4e00\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u4e13\u95e8\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u5242\u91cf\u53cd\u5e94\u63a2\u7d22\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7597\u6548\u8bc4\u4f30\u4e3b\u8981\u4f7f\u7528VAS\u75bc\u75db\u8bc4\u5206\u3001WOMAC\u529f\u80fd\u6307\u6570\u53ca<span
